Wear It Beat It! – in support of The British Heart Foundation

19th June 2017

Whiting & Partners Bury St Edmunds Office wore red on Friday 9 June in support of The British Heart Foundation’s ‘Wear It Beat It’ campaign to raise awareness of the charity and support their research and support for those suffering with heart conditions across the UK.

The office team raised £61.00 with donations made for everyone wearing red on the day as well as a sweep-stake to guess ‘how many red lips in the jar?’

Emily Haines who organised the event in the Bury St Edmunds Office commented –

‘I think it’s great that we regularly hold charity events as a firm, we’re raising money for a good cause and so many people get involved. One of our fundraising activities for the British Heart Foundation’s ‘Wear It Beat It’ campaign included a sweepstake challenge where you had to guess the number of sweets in a jar; Jonty won the competition and donated his winnings to the charity!’
