Funding Opportunity: Grants of up to £25,000 available for Fenland businesses
If you’re a business owner in Fenland, now’s the time to explore funding that could help you grow, improve productivity, and create or safeguard jobs.
Fenland District Council is offering grants of £5,000 to £25,000 through its ‘Investment in Business’ programme. These grants can cover up to 80% of your project costs.
Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to Fenland based businesses. Projects must deliver in at least two of the following areas:
- Improve competitiveness
- Enable growth
- Enhance productivity
- Create sustainable jobs
- Safeguard jobs
While priority is given to agri-food and specialist manufacturing sectors, businesses from all industries are welcome to apply.
What Can the Grant Be Used For?
Funding is available for both capital and revenue projects, including:
- Capital: Purchasing new machinery or replacing worn out machinery/equipment, renovating premises, or investing in IT infrastructure.
- Revenue: Website development, training, marketing, or research
How to Apply
Submit an ‘expression of interest’ by 9am on 14 July 2025. Eligible businesses will then be invited to complete a full application.
