Whitings helped the owners of a business that designs and installs computer data centres to sell up to a Swedish private equity purchaser.
As well as ensuring the transaction and due diligence progressed smoothly, the Whitings CF team also assisted with pre sale tidying up of the group and personal tax exit planning.
