Callum has worked in payroll for 12 years, starting as an Apprentice Payroll Administrator at an internal payroll team for a charity, moving on to be a payroll clerk in a payroll Bureau after a few years, before starting his role as an Assistant Payroll manager at Whitings LLP in August 2025.
Callum's role involves supporting the smooth running of payroll operations, helping clients navigate their obligations and making sure everything is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. It’s a mix of precision, communication, and problem solving, exactly the kind of challenge that he enjoys. No two days are the same in payroll.
Outside of the office, he loves family days out, whether that’s exploring somewhere new or revisiting places they have previously enjoyed. Callum also enjoys watching and playing darts, going to the gym, or exercising in general. He ran the Silverstone half marathon in 2021 and has recently got involved in Darts, competing at numerous competitions across the county.
