I had a very productive introductory session with Whitings about their probate services. They were sensitive to circumstances, amiable, and they kept it simple, while making it clear they knew their stuff and would act very competently on our behalf, at a sensible price. In the end, we didn't need to employ anyone's probate services, but if we had, it would have been Whitings.

I needed to submit my first self assessment tax return, but halfway through I was baffled. I went to Whittings and met a very helpful young man called Ben who said he could complete the tax returns for me. I supplied all the documents needed and everything went well. Then HMRC sent a coding which looked like I owed another £20k. I told Ben and he sorted it straight away. He also sent an email detailing what I need to do for the future. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Chartered accountants in Wisbech since this was one of our practice’s founding branches in 1928.

Wisbech is an historic Cambridgeshire market town, nestling on both sides of the River Nene, at the heart and capital of the Fens. Trade originally prospered here as a result of the town being a tidal port, supporting brewing, livestock and pipe-making businesses. It has long since developed into a hub for farming, manufacturing and haulage businesses, along with recently being a growth area for large national retail chains.

Our Accountants office is located in the Crescent, which is a fine Georgian terrace arching around Wisbech Castle in the centre of the town. Within the office is a team of approximately 15 professional and support staff, split into accounts and tax departments. As well as providing clients with annual HMRC and Companies House compliance services they are also able to offer corporate finance advice and and tax planning services. Wisbech is also the head office for our wealth management subsidiary. Directly behind the office is a public parking facility, for clients to use whilst visiting by car for a meeting, or to drop off or collect records.
