On the Road: And in the cloud?
Road hauliers, both big and small, can enjoy the advantages of a cloud based accounting system. For the small operator, with say 4 or 5 vehicles, who is actively on the road, a cloud based system such as Xero or Quickbooks online will provide the ability to raise a sales invoice or update their accounts anywhere. A night out in the sleeper cab will never be the same again!

For the larger haulier, as per the smaller, a cloud based system provides access to your accounts and the ability to approve expenses anywhere in the world, even through your smart phone via an app! Just think of the reassurance this will give you during that 4 week holiday to New Zealand your partner has been planning for the last few years.
