Sheryl joined the Ely office in 2023 after starting her career at Price Bailey in 1997 and switching from accountancy to law in 2002. Sheryl worked in law until 2020 when she worked as an Admissions Officer for one of the Cambridge University Colleges, before joining Whitings.
As a Probate and Estates Tax Senior in the Ely office, Sheryl works with all three Authorised Individuals for probate so works with the Bury St Edmunds and St Neots offices.
Sheryl’s probate specialisms include completing IHT accounts and applications for Grants of Probate, as well as dealing with estate tax and estate administration if required.
Sheryl also has trust experience and deals with trust accounts and tax returns, inheritance tax for trusts as well as dealing with some individual personal tax returns and CGT returns if required.
Out of work Sheryl enjoys going to the cinema, watching the rugby and socialising with friends.
