Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist Administrator to join our Firm in a job share role. This position is perfect for individuals looking to balance work with other commitments. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our Firm, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, scanning and document management.
- Support the team with various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
